从我国定海、青岛及榆林港采集海水及29种海洋生物(动物8种,植物21种),用芥子气、路易氏气、沙林及维埃克斯进行试验。所试鱼、蟹等动物,在芥子气染毒海水中(浓度为50~750mg/l,水温为5~35℃),经数分钟后即可出现中毒症状,1小时后可致死。芥子气等毒剂对绿藻门和褐藻门植物(共12种)在数分钟后可产生颜色变化。酸碱对褐藻门植物有类似毒剂所致的改变。本试验方法虽非特异性,但较简便易行。在战时结合毒剂施放的其它征候,对毒剂侦检有一定实际意义。
From China’s Dinghai, Qingdao, and Yulin ports, seawater and 29 marine species (8 species of animals and 21 species of plants) were collected and tested with Mustard gas, Lewis gas, Sarin, and Vickers. Tested fish, crabs and other animals, in mustard gas exposure to sea water (concentration of 50 ~ 750mg / l, water temperature of 5 ~ 35 °C), after a few minutes can appear toxic symptoms, 1 hour after death. Toxicants such as mustard gas produce color changes to the Chlorophyta and Phaeophyta plants (a total of 12 species) after a few minutes. Acid-base changes caused by similar toxicants to the brown algae plant. Although this test method is non-specific, it is relatively simple and easy to implement. Combining the other signs of poisonous agents in wartime has certain practical significance for the detection of poisons.
