煤炭企业兼并重组后,如何实现兼并重组和企业战略发展目标,进行兼并重组后的管理体制再造是首要任务。文章从煤炭企业现状出发,着眼于现代企业制度的要求,从管理体制再造的必要性、管理体制再造的目标和措施、管理体制的保证等方面进行了深刻阐述,具有一定的借鉴意义。
After the merger and reorganization of coal enterprises, how to achieve the goals of mergers and acquisitions and strategic development of enterprises and the reconstruction of the management system after mergers and acquisitions are the top priorities. Based on the current situation of coal enterprises, this paper focuses on the requirements of modern enterprise system, elaborates profoundly on the necessity of reengineering management system, the objectives and measures of reengineering management system and the guarantee of management system, which is of certain reference significance.
