光合细菌（简称ＰＳＢ，下同）饲料添加剂系现代生物技术制品，是国内外新开发的微生物饲料添加剂。自八十年代末以来，许多国家和地区普遍用于养殖业，特别是日本、韩国和我国的台湾地区取得了较为满意的效果。ＰＳＢ系活菌，菌体除含有６０％以上的粗蛋白、８％粗脂肪（干剂）以外，还含有多种氨基酸以及相当完全的Ｂ族维生素和辅酶Ｑ等丰富的生理活性物质。其主要功能是帮助消化、促进生长、强化营养、增强机体免疫力以及去除水中有害化合物，从而可以减少化学耗氧量，增加水中溶氧，净化水质，保护水生环境。为了探讨ＰＳＢ为欧洲鳗三类苗饲料添加剂饲喂的效果，我们于１９９５年１１月９日在福建省邵武市水北养殖场露天简易土池进行了小区对比试验。
Photosynthetic bacteria (referred to as PSB, the same below) feed additive is a modern biotechnology products, is a newly developed microbial feed additives at home and abroad. Since the late 1980s, many countries and regions have generally enjoyed more satisfactory results in animal husbandry, especially in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan in China. PSB is a viable cell strain. In addition to more than 60% of crude protein and 8% of crude fat (dry agent), the cell strain also contains a variety of amino acids and abundant biologically active substances such as B vitamins and coenzyme Q. Its main function is to help digestion, promote growth, strengthen nutrition, enhance immunity and remove harmful compounds in water, so as to reduce chemical oxygen demand, increase dissolved oxygen in water, purify water and protect aquatic environment. In order to investigate the effect of PSB feeding on European eel feed additives, we conducted a plot comparison experiment on November 9, 1995 in the open-air simple soil pool in Shuibei farms in Shaowu, Fujian Province.
