粉末状高强高耐水土体固结剂(HEC) ,不仅可用来固化各种土体,使之具有强度、耐水性和耐久性,而且还可以作为混凝土的胶凝材料,其特点是掺量少、固结范围广、固结体强度高、水稳定性好、使用简便、就地取材、降低工程造价、缩短施工周期等。利用HEC 对三峡风化砂、碎石屑等弃渣和毛料进行了固化试验研究,结果表明,HEC 的固结体具有良好的物理力学性能和耐久性能,可用于路基、路面、挡墙、护坡、护砌等工程。HEC 的开发为合理而有效地利用三峡工程弃渣开辟了一条新途径
