利用Loop算法对实际的复杂曲面的初始网格进行了递归重构,并把递归后的模型导入UG加工模块中进行处理,获得了相应的数控加工代码。然后对之进行了数控仿真与加工参数对表面质量影响的研究。结果表明:该插补算法数控插补精度很高,完全能满足复杂曲面超精密加工的要求。
Loop algorithm was used to recursively reconstruct the initial mesh of the actual complex surface. The recursive model was imported into the UG processing module for processing, and the corresponding NC machining code was obtained. Then the numerical simulation and processing parameters on the surface quality of the impact of research. The results show that the interpolation algorithm has high precision CNC interpolation, which can fully meet the requirements of the ultra-precision machining of complex surfaces.
