采用系数倍率法测定三氮唑核苷滴眼液的含量，可消除其中对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的干扰，直接测定三氮唑核苷的含量，测定波长207nm，参比波长256nm，平均回收率99．92％，（RSD＝0．49％）。
The content of ribavirin was determined by the coefficient multiplication method to eliminate the interference of ethylparaben. The content of ribavirin was determined directly. The determination wavelength was 207nm, the reference wavelength was 256nm, the average recovery 99.92%, (RSD = 0.49%).
