通过对激光与 DNA分子相互作用系统的随机动力学方程数值研究 ,发现在小信号绝热近似下 ,适当条件时 ,出现随机混沌 .随机混沌的出现与激光强度有关 ,当激光强度很小时 ,无混沌现象出现 ,意味着小激光强度不能激励 DNA发生变异 .当激光强度达到一定值时 ,出现了混沌 ,会激励 DNA发生变异 .并随着激光强度的增大 ,体系的演化过程的混沌特征就越来越明显 .但同时太强的激光强度引起的混沌非常复杂 ,会使激光与 DNA作用系统的随机不确定性严重 ,带来难以控制的后果 ,可能反而会使 DNA不产生变异 .本文还讨论了激光与 DNA相互作用系统受环境周期变化的影响 .
