澳洲坚果(Macadamia Nut)属山龙眼科澳洲坚果属果树,原产于澳大利亚的亚热带雨林。可食部分种仁含油量高达60%—80%,含蛋白质和碳水化合物各约9%,也含有丰富的钙、磷、铁和维生素B1、B2及抗癞皮病的维生素。其油清香,融点低,是天然的色拉油。烹制好的果仁,香脆可口,风味极佳,商品价值高于腰果。目前产量远不能满足美国和日本市
Macadamia Nut is a Macadamia Nutra fruit tree native to Australia’s subtropical rainforest. Edible part of the kernel oil content up to 60% -80%, containing about 9% of protein and carbohydrates, but also rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin B1, B2 and anti-leprosy vitamins.
