直线齿廓齿轮是一种新型的冲压齿轮,其优越性主要表现为:加工制造方便且易于实现高精齿面,加工成本低,传动精度高。在啮合理论基础上,运用坐标变换原理,推导了直线齿廓特殊配对齿轮副的齿廓线方程和啮合线方程。利用所求知的共轭齿廓,通过实例计算分析了中心距存在偏差时传动比的变化情况,为该类齿轮的正确应用及其传动中的振动和噪声问题的进一步研究打下理论基础。
Linear tooth profile gear is a new type of stamping gear. Its advantages are as follows: easy manufacture and easy to realize high precision tooth surface, low processing cost and high transmission precision. Based on the theory of meshing, using the principle of coordinate transformation, the tooth profile equation and mesh equation of a special pair gear pair with straight tooth profile are deduced. Based on the calculated conjugate tooth profile, the variation of the transmission ratio when the center distance is deviated is calculated by an example calculation, which lays a theoretical foundation for the correct application of the gear and the further research on the vibration and noise in the transmission.
