加载系统是在实验条件下模拟飞行器飞行过程中舵机受到的空气动力铰链力矩,是半实物仿真的重要设备。本文提出一种应用交流伺服电机力矩模式作为执行机构的加载系统,进行了数学建模和仿真,并与负载模拟器实物系统进行了对比分析,仿真模型与实测结果较为吻合,验证了数学模型的准确性。仿真和实测结果表明采用交流伺服电机的负载模拟器可以在舵机扰动情况下频带达到20 Hz(双十指标),为加载系统提供了一种频带更高、成本更低、结构更为简单的实现方案。
The loading system is an aerodynamic hinge moment that the steering gear is subjected to during the flight of the simulated aircraft under the experimental conditions and is an important device for the semi-physical simulation. This paper presents an application of AC servo motor torque mode as the actuator loading system, the mathematical modeling and simulation, and load simulator real system were compared, the simulation model and the measured results are in good agreement to verify the mathematical model accuracy.
