语文教学的一个十分重要的任务,是对学生进行思维能力的训练,教会学生科学的思维方法,使学生越学越聪明。无锡市一中蔡剑秋老师近年来在这方面进行了可贵的尝试。他在课文教学的同时,每周抽出一堂课的时间为初二学生专门开设了思维训练课。蔡老师的这一实验,不仅对教师的教学有借鉴作用,而且首先对教师自身如何提高素质、提高业务水平,有一定的参考作用。现从蔡老师众多的教例中选取若干,分期发表。因为是选载,所以各篇在内容上并不都连贯。希望这组教例的发表,能够引起广大语文教育工作者的关注,尤其希望正在进修提高中的青年教师能够注意学习。至于如何向学生讲授,则要以自己学校的实际和学生的基础出发,不要照搬蔡老师的具体做法。
