一、基本情况螺丝塘水库位于黔阳县南端,与会同县交界。该库属沅水一级支流,发源于贵州省黎平县。集雨面积6766平方公里,淹没面积3898亩,可养鱼面积3500亩左右,水深16～24米,底层和表层水温变化不大,温差5～6℃。库区地貌为砂粘土壤,库区周围山高林密,腐屑众多。库型较直,水面开阔,阳光充足,库底较平坦,障碍物较少。属山谷河流型水库。沿库涉及会同县漠滨乡和黔阳县托口镇,计有7个村,30个组,1068户,3315人。由于生活污水多,腐植质多,水体交
