近年来,随着信息技术和互联网技术的发展与普及,电子商务已成为世界各国零售业进行营销的主要工具。电子商务的出现给传统零售的营销方式带来了巨大的挑战与机遇。就目前我国零售业如何利用电子商务为其带来的新的发展契机,全面提升零售业的市场竞争力已成为零售业亟待解决的任务。本文将就我国目前零售业电子商务应用过程中存在的问题进行分析,并寻求有效措施。
In recent years, with the development and popularization of information technology and Internet technology, e-commerce has become the main tool for marketing in the retail industry in various countries in the world. The emergence of e-commerce brought great challenges and opportunities to traditional retail marketing. At present, how to make use of the new development opportunities brought by e-commerce in China’s retail industry and how to enhance the market competitiveness of the retail industry in an all-round way have become urgent tasks for the retail industry. This article will analyze the existing problems in the application of retail e-commerce in our country and seek effective measures.
