根据Yukiko Y.Maeda等报导,香菇多糖注射入ICR纯系小鼠后,当小鼠血清中的α和β球蛋白的量显著增加时,其小鼠肿瘤显著地被抑制。我们用南京老山制药厂人工栽培的香菇菌丝体提取的香菇多糖,对ICR纯系雌性小鼠连续腹腔注射五天后,眼眶取血制备血清,经醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法分析血清蛋白成份,结果表明;香菇多糖能明显增加小鼠血清中的α+β球蛋白的相对百分含量(p<0.01),由此说明,南京老山制药厂栽培的香菇菌丝体提取的香菇多糖可能对ICR纯系雌性小鼠具有抑瘤作用。
According to reports by Yukiko Y. Maeda et al., after injection of lentinan into ICR homozygous mice, when the amount of alpha and beta globulin in the mouse serum was significantly increased, the mouse tumor was significantly inhibited. We used lentinan extracted from the mycelia of Lentinus edodes cultivated in Nanjing Laoshan Pharmaceutical Factory. After five consecutive days of intraperitoneal injection of ICR pure female mice, blood was taken from the eyelids to prepare serum. The serum protein components were analyzed by cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis. It was shown that lentinan can significantly increase the relative percentage of α+β globulin in the serum of mice (p<0.01). This shows that the lentinan extracted from the mycelia of Lentinus edodes cultivated by Nanjing Laoshan Pharmaceutical Factory may be responsible for ICR. Pure female mice have anti-tumor effects.
