目的:观察丹酚酸胶囊的抗心肌缺血作用。方法:56只体重为(12±2)kg的健康Beagle犬,雌雄兼用,随机分为假手术组,模型对照组、高(100 mg/kg)、中(50 mg/kg)、低(25 mg/kg)剂量的丹酚酸胶囊组,丹参片组(275 mg/kg),地奥心血康胶囊组(100 mg/kg)。采用结扎冠状动脉前降支法致Beagle犬急性心肌缺血,经十二指肠给药后,用心外膜电图标测法计算心肌缺血程度,硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)组织化学染色法测定心肌梗死面积,检测血清中磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),观察丹酚酸胶囊对心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。结果:丹酚酸胶囊可明显降低心肌缺血程度(∑-ST),减少心肌缺血范围(N-ST),缩小心肌梗死面积(MIS),并能显著降低血清CK和LDH活力,明显减轻心肌细胞损伤程度。结论:丹酚酸胶囊对急性心肌缺血犬具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-ischemic effect of salvianolic acid capsules. METHODS: A total of 56 healthy Beagle dogs weighing (12±2) kg were divided into sham-operated group, model control group, high (100 mg/kg), medium (50 mg/kg) and low (25). The mg/kg dose of salvianolic acid capsule group, Salvia miltiorrhiza tablet group (275 mg/kg), Di’aoxinxuekang capsule group (100 mg/kg). Acute myocardial ischemia in Beagle dogs was induced by ligation of the anterior descending branch of the coronary artery. After intraduodenal administration, the degree of myocardial ischemia was calculated using the epicardial electrical icon test. Nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) histochemical staining was performed. Methods Myocardial infarct size was measured and serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were detected in serum to observe the protective effect of salvianolic acid capsules on myocardial ischemic injury. Results: Salvianolic acid capsules can significantly reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia (∑-ST), reduce the myocardial ischemia range (N-ST), reduce myocardial infarct size (MIS), and can significantly reduce serum CK and LDH activity, significantly reduce The degree of myocardial cell damage. Conclusion: Salvianolic acid capsule has obvious protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia dogs.
