对LD端面泵浦Nd:YAG/Cr4+:YAG热键合调Q激光器进行了实验研究。采用3×12mm晶体,端面镀膜方式在晶体两端直接构成平-平谐振腔。采用LD端面泵浦方式,分别研究了该激光器的脉冲重复频率、平均输出功率和脉冲宽度等参数随泵浦功率变化的输出特性,随着泵浦功率的增加,脉冲重复率和输出功率与泵浦功率呈线性增加,而脉冲宽度则有被压缩的趋势。当LD泵浦功率为6W时,热键合调Q激光器获得波长为1064nm、脉宽为5.3ns、平均功率为690mW的被动调Q激光脉冲输出。其光-光转换效率为11.5%,光束发散角为3.1mrad。实验结果表明,热键合激光器热效应好、可靠性高、输出光束质量高,是一种性能良好的新型一体化调Q固体激光器。
The LD end-pumped Nd: YAG / Cr4 +: YAG thermo-bonded Q-switched laser was studied experimentally. 3 × 12mm crystal, end-face coating directly on both ends of the crystal form a flat - resonant cavity. When the LD pump power is 6W, the thermo-bonded Q-switched laser achieves passive Q-switched laser pulse output with a wavelength of 1064nm, a pulse width of 5.3ns and an average power of 690mW. Its light-to-light conversion efficiency was 11.5% and its beam divergence was 3.1 mrad. Experimental results show that the thermal bonding laser has a good thermal effect, high reliability and high output beam quality, and is a new type of integrated Q-switched solid-state laser with good performance.
