通过对蚓粪基质、药渣基质、酒糟基质及草炭基质(CK)在烤烟浅水湿润托盘育苗上进行对比应用研究,为替代基质大面积推广提供指导依据。本研究利用蚓粪基质、药渣基质、酒糟基质与普通草炭基质进行对比育苗试验,观察基质吸水情况、出苗率、池水及基质内温度变化情况、成苗鲜重干重等指标,验证蚓粪基质、药渣基质、酒糟基质在烤烟浅水湿润托盘育苗上对草炭基质的替代作用。从基质吸水情况、出苗率、烟苗鲜重、干重等指标来看,药渣基质表现最好,蚓粪基质与普通草炭基质差异不大,酒糟基质表现略差。试验结果表明,药渣基质、蚓粪基质均可满足育苗需要,可替代草炭基质在烤烟浅水湿润托盘育苗上应用,酒糟基质烟苗出苗率较低,需进一步改进工艺。
By comparing the application of vermicompost matrix, drug residue matrix, distiller’s grain matrix and peat matrix (CK) in the shallow water wet tray cultivation of flue-cured tobacco, this study provides a guideline for alternative large-scale promotion of matrix. From the substrate water absorption, germination rate, tobacco seedling weight, dry weight and other indicators of view, the best performance of the dross matrix, vermicompost matrix and ordinary grass carbonaceous matrix little difference, distiller’s grain matrix performance is slightly worse. The test results showed that both the substrate of dregs and vermicomite could meet the need of seedling raising, which could replace the application of peat substrate in the shallow water wet tray cultivation of flue-cured tobacco. The seedling emergence rate of the stillage substrate was lower, and the process should be further improved.
