施工后浇带主要用于解决高层主楼与地下车库存在的沉降差异、砼剪力墙结构收缩变形及减小温度变形应力等。通过对地下室施工过程中后浇带设计、具体做法、施工要点等方面的介绍,根据工程的施工性质、结构特点及功能作用,阐述了后浇带施工中高层主体与地下室之间施工后浇带的设计与施工技术转换问题,最后进行施工后浇带的设置、浇筑后浇带施工质量控制的研究,提出了后浇带施工工艺的改进措施,为今后类似的施工提供相应的参考、借鉴。
