有机硅工业所生产的甲基氯硅烷混合体含有15~20%甲基三氯硅烷。甲基三氯硅烷经无水乙醇醇解,用精馏提纯,可得到甲基三乙氧基硅烷。后者是有机硅工业重要的中间原料。在醇解、精馏过程中需测定醇解料的组成,尤其是甲基三乙氧基硅烷的纯度,一般采用化学法或分光光度法测定。在醇解料中除确定甲基三乙氧基硅烷外,还要确定甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷及其同系物。本文采用气相色谱法分析了甲基三乙氧基硅烷。用峰高归一法、内标法对甲基三乙氧基硅烷进行了定量分析,同时也进行了精馏塔甲基三乙氧基硅烷组份的物料恒算。
Silicone industry produces methylchlorosilane mixtures containing 15-20% methyltrichlorosilane. Methyltrichlorosilane ethanolysis by ethanol, with distillation purification, can be methyl triethoxysilane. The latter is an important intermediate for the silicone industry. In the alcoholysis, distillation process to determine the composition of the alcohol solution, especially the purity of methyl triethoxysilane, the general use of chemical or spectrophotometric determination. In the alcoholysis material in addition to determine the methyl triethoxysilane, but also to determine methyltrimethoxysilane, dimethyldiethoxysilane and its homologues. In this paper, methyltriethoxysilane was analyzed by gas chromatography. With the peak height normalization method, the internal standard method for quantitative analysis of methyl triethoxysilane, but also the distillation column methyl triethoxysilane component of the material constant.
