用GC/MS多离子(MID)检测法,探讨了黄瓜中农药多残留分析问题。根据各种农药的质谱断裂规律选择特征离子,可避免生物样本中干扰物的影响,简化分析过程并提高质谱仪灵敏度。
The problem of multi-residue analysis of pesticides in cucumber was explored by GC / MS multi-ion (MID) assay. The selection of characteristic ions according to the laws of mass spectrum fragmentation of various pesticides can avoid the influence of interfering substances in the biological sample, simplify the analysis process and increase the sensitivity of the mass spectrometer.
