目的了解南京地区高职护理专业体重正常及消瘦女生节食行为状况,为探讨导致节食行为发生的相关因素提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样,对江苏联合职业技术学院南京卫生分院980名高职护理女生进行节食行为问卷调查,并计算体质量指数(BMI)。结果有17.3%的低体重学生和29.9%的正常体重学生采取了不健康的节食行为,有40.0%的超重和肥胖学生通过饮食控制以降低体重。非条件Logistic回归分析结果表明,不同年级、家庭收入、同伴节食、自我对体重的感觉、比同龄人更担心体重体型与节食行为的关联均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论职校女生普遍崇尚偏瘦的体型,家庭经济条件好、同伴节食、瘦身态度是导致节食发生的危险因素。
Objective To understand the normal diet and the dieting behavior of the wasting girls in vocational nursing in Nanjing, and to provide the basis for discussing the related factors leading to the dieting behavior. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the dieting behavior of 980 high vocational nursing girls in Nanjing Health Branch of Jiangsu United Polytechnic and to calculate body mass index (BMI). As a result, 17.3% of low-weight students and 29.9% of normal-weight students took unhealthy dieting behaviors, and 40.0% of overweight and obese students passed diet control to lower their weight. The results of unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that in different grades, family income, companion diet and self-body weight were more related to body weight and dieting behavior than their peers (P <0.05). Conclusions Vocational school girls generally advocate slim body shape, good family economic conditions, peer dieting, weight-loss attitude is the risk factors leading to diet.
