同时应用环胞菌素A(CSA),抗胸腺细胞球蛋白(ATG),大剂量免疫球蛋白(HDIG)和大剂量甲基泼尼松龙(HDMP)等免疫抑制剂对17例小儿SAA(10例SAA-Ⅰ,7例SAA-Ⅱ)进行联合免疫抑制(IS)治疗。结果:3例基本治愈,7例缓解,3例明显进步,总有效率达76.5%(13/17例)。其中10例SAA-Ⅰ的总有效率为80%。在总共13例有效病例中,大部分(10/13例,76.9%)为缓解或基本治愈,故有效率及显效质量均明显高于近年来单药治疗SAA的报道,联合IS治疗期间未见明显感染倾向加重或脏器功能损害。
Simultaneous application of immunosuppressive agents such as CSA, ATG, HDIG and HDMP in 17 pediatric patients with SAA 10 cases of SAA-Ⅰ, 7 cases of SAA-Ⅱ) combined immunosuppression (IS) treatment. Results: Three cases were basically cured, seven cases were relieved and three cases were markedly improved. The total effective rate was 76.5% (13/17 cases). The total effective rate of SAA-Ⅰ in 10 cases was 80%. In a total of 13 effective cases, the majority (10/13 cases, 76.9%) were relieved or basically cured, so the effective and effective quality were significantly higher than those reported in recent years, single-agent treatment of SAA, combined with no treatment during IS Significantly increased infection or organ dysfunction.
