人类社会发展到了新阶段,人的需求、劳资关系、法律法规、技术等都与大机器生产时代很不相同,再仅仅以单一的管理思路来决定管理模式已难以奏效。我们必须重新认识和分析新的管理思想,对管理进行更符合人性、更适合自我发展的研究和探索,从而创造和谐的组织环境。
The development of human society has reached a new stage. Human needs, labor relations, laws and regulations, and technology are all very different from those of the large-scale machinery. It is no longer possible to determine a management model solely by a single management thinking. We must re-understand and analyze the new management thinking, the management of a more humane, more suitable for self-development of research and exploration, so as to create a harmonious organizational environment.
