本文应用血气分析仪测定分析了红芪对油酸致肺损伤大鼠P(A-a)DO2变化的影响,应用电子显微镜观察了其气-血屏障超微结构的变化。结果:红芪能减少油酸型RDS大鼠P(A-a)DO2,维持肺有效的摄氧功能;能保护肺泡上皮细胞和毛细血管内皮细胞,使气体通过气-血屏障的弥散基本正常。本文为红芪治疗RDS提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the effect of Hungsu on the change of P(A-a)DO2 in rats with oleic acid-induced lung injury was determined by blood gas analyzer. The ultrastructure of air-blood barrier was observed by electron microscopy. Results: Red peony can reduce P(A-a)DO2 in oleic acid-type RDS rats and maintain effective oxygen uptake in lungs. It can protect alveolar epithelial cells and capillary endothelial cells, and the diffusion of gas through gas-blood barrier is almost normal. . This article provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of RDS by Hung Hom.
