目的:研究江西省2007年麻疹病毒流行株的基因特性,为江西省的麻疹防治策略提供科学依据。方法:采用RT-PCR方法,对2007年麻疹暴发疫情分离到的麻疹病毒扩增血凝素(hemagglutin,H)基因,并对扩增出的核苷酸序列进行测定和分析。结果:2007年江西省3株麻疹病毒分离株均为麻疹H1基因型,属于我国麻疹病毒的优势株。各株分离株之间H基因氨基酸的同源性为99.0%~99.7%;与中国疫苗株沪191株的H基因氨基酸序列比较,其同源性为97.6%~98.2%。结论:江西省2007年麻疹病毒分离株为H1基因型。
Objective: To study the genetic characteristics of measles virus strains in 2007 in Jiangxi Province and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures of measles in Jiangxi Province. Methods: Hemagglutin (H) gene was amplified from measles virus isolated from the outbreak of measles in 2007 by RT-PCR. The amplified nucleotide sequence was determined and analyzed. Results: Three isolates of measles virus in Jiangxi Province in 2007 were all measles H1 genotypes and belonged to the predominant strains of measles virus in China. The amino acid homology of H gene among isolates was 99.0% ~ 99.7%. Compared with the H gene of Shanghai strain 191, the homology was 97.6% ~ 98.2%. Conclusion: The isolates of measles virus in Jiangxi Province in 2007 were H1 genotype.
