目前,旅行社业竞争空前激烈,广大的中小型旅行社面临着巨大的挑战。然而,旅行社的竞争,归根结底是人力资源的竞争。本文通过对青海省中小型旅行社的调查了解,并选取以青海省西宁市龙盛旅行社为一个典型案例,分析了其人力资源现状及其存在的问题,并以此为依据提出了我省中小型旅游企业人力资源发展的相关对策。
At present, the travel agency industry is extremely competitive. The vast number of small and medium-sized travel agencies are facing huge challenges. However, the competition of travel agencies, in the final analysis, is the competition of human resources. Based on the investigation of small and medium sized travel agencies in Qinghai Province and the selection of Longsheng Travel Agency in Xining City of Qinghai Province as a typical case, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources and its existing problems.
