C13-1型1t自由锻和仿M213-3.15t型3.15t模锻为保定螺旋桨制造厂大型关键设备。但这两台设备耗能较高,需单独供应压力0.78MPa的大量蒸汽,同时由于运行中存在蒸汽喷溅,凝结水和油垢溢流现象,环境污染相当严重。 为此,该厂投资30余万元,吸收引进了北京理工大学研制的“蒸汽锤换头技术”专利。所谓“换头技术”就是把原有蒸汽驱动的动力头部分拆除,代之以电动液压驱动动力头,而原有蒸汽锤的机架、砧座和基础均予保留。改造后,机械性能和机前操作并不改变。这两台蒸汽锤经改造投入生产后,性能较好,操作灵便,锻造冲力如初,节能效果特别显著,有较强的技术优势和较大的效益。
