7月26日,由四川省台湾同胞联谊会、成都市台湾同胞联谊会举办的“熊猫故乡仍美丽”暨全国台联2008年台胞青年夏令营四川·成都分营活动在成都拉开帷幕。来自台湾亚洲大学、元培科技大学、台南科技大学等14所学校的40名师生参加了此次夏令营活动。在夏令营7天时间里,营员们游览峨眉山、乐山,感受佛教文化的源远流长;深入大熊猫繁育研究基地,欣赏大熊猫的憨态可掬;参观金沙博物馆、杜甫草堂、武侯祠,探寻巴蜀文化的遗风遗韵;坐茶馆、品小吃、看川剧,体会震后成都人依然悠然自得的生活状态。游览之余,营员们还与四川大学华西医学院和成都中医药大学进行了学术交流,成为地震后第一批到川进行医学交流的台湾客人。7天行程中的所见所闻,令营员们为中华文化的历史悠久、博大精深而折服,为大陆内陆城市的快速发展而感叹,为地震后仍然坚强、自信的四川人民而动容。
On July 26, “Panda’s Hometown is Still Beautiful” organized by the Association of Sisters in Taiwan Province in Taiwan and the Taiwan compatriots in Chengdu, as well as the Taiwan Branch Youth Camp in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, kicked off in Chengdu . Forty teachers and students from 14 schools including Taiwan’s Asian University, Yuanpei University of Science and Technology and Tainan University of Science and Technology attended the summer camp. During the summer camp 7 days, the campers visited Mount Emei and Leshan to experience the long history of Buddhism culture. They went deep into the research base of giant panda breeding and enjoyed the naive of the giant panda. They visited the Sands Museum, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Wuhou Temple, and the legacy of Bashu Culture Rhyme; sit teahouse, snacks, watching Sichuan Opera, after the earthquake Chengdu people still enjoyable living conditions. During the tour, the campers also conducted academic exchanges with Huaxi Medical College of Sichuan University and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, making them the first Taiwanese guests who came to Sichuan for medical exchanges after the earthquake. What they saw and heard during the 7-day itinerary was that the campers lamented the long history and profound conviction of the Chinese culture and lamented the rapid development of the mainland cities in the Mainland. They were moved by the strong and confident Sichuan people after the earthquake.
