0引言笔者在某巴拿马型散货船工作期间,曾经历过1起1#舱右舱盖脱轨的事故,经及时处理,顺利将舱盖复位并正常关妥。笔者对此次事故进行回顾、分析和总结,希望对同类型船舶舱盖的安全开关操作起到警示和借鉴作用。1事故经过某巴拿马型散货船在某港码头卸货期间,突起暴风雨,吹开风7级,阵风8级。紧急停止卸货作业,关闭全部舱盖。大副指挥1名水手进行关舱操作。1#舱右舱盖滚轮在正常时的状况见图1。在关闭
