采用免疫组化技术对56例妊娠滋养细胞疾病(其中葡萄胎22例,侵蚀性葡萄胎16例,绒癌18例)与15例正常妊娠绒毛组织进行cmyc基因蛋白表达的研究,以探讨cmyc在妊娠滋养细胞疾病发生、发展中的作用及其与临床预后的关系。结果表明,cmyc在葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒癌中的表达率分别为22.7%、37.5%和55.6%,3者呈递增趋势;cmyc在葡萄胎与绒癌中的表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05);在正常绒毛中仅1例cmyc表达为阳性(6.67%)。在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中的cmyc表达与年龄、病理类型、前次妊娠性质无关(P>0.05),而与器官转移及病程有关(P<0.05)。结果提示,cmyc基因可能参与滋养细胞的增殖及癌变过程,且与妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的临床预后有一定相关性。
Immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of cmyc gene protein in 56 cases of gestational trophoblastic disease (22 cases of hydatidiform mole, 16 cases of aggressive hydatidiform mole, 18 cases of choriocarcinoma) and 15 normal pregnant villi. The role of cmyc in the occurrence and development of gestational trophoblastic disease and its relationship with clinical prognosis. The results showed that the expression rates of cmyc in hydatidiform mole, aggressive hydatidiform mole, and choriocarcinoma were 22.7%, 37.5%, and 55.6%, respectively. The three showed an increasing trend; cmyc was in the hydatidiform mole. The expression rate in choriocarcinoma was significantly different (P<0.05); in normal villus, only 1 case of cmyc was expressed as positive (6.67%). The expression of cmyc in gestational trophoblastic tumors was not related to age, pathological type, and the nature of previous pregnancy (P>0.05), but related to organ metastasis and course of disease (P<0.05). The results suggest that the cmyc gene may be involved in the proliferation and carcinogenesis of trophoblast cells, and has a certain correlation with the clinical prognosis of gestational trophoblastic tumors.
