本文研究17例用100毫克利凡诺注入羊膜腔进行中期妊娠引产时药物在胎儿及母体内的分布与排泄。结果证明,药物进入母体血循环的含量甚微(0.05微克/毫升以下),在给药48小时内,药物从尿中排出总量为2~4毫克,排出量在给药36小时达最高峰。大部分药物分布在胎儿的各器官组织及体液中,其中胃液内含量最高,提示羊水中的利凡诺大部分被胎儿吞食,胎儿在宫腔内死亡主要是利凡诺直接作用胎儿所致。亦提示100毫克利凡诺羊膜腔内注射对母体是安全的。
This article investigates the distribution and excretion of drugs in the fetus and maternal body of 17 patients who were injected with rifamil 100 mg amniotic cavity during mid-term pregnancy induction. The results show that the drug into the maternal blood circulation is very small (0.05 micrograms / ml below) within 48 hours of administration, the total amount of drugs excreted from the urine of 2 to 4 mg, 36 hours after administration of the maximum dose. Most of the drugs are distributed in various organ tissues and body fluids of the fetus, with the highest content of gastric fluid, suggesting that most of the rivanol in amniotic fluid is devoured by the fetus. The fetal death in the uterine cavity is mainly caused by the direct effect of rivanol. Also suggests 100 mg rivanol amnioin injection is safe for maternal.
