本组19例患者均为经组织学证实的广泛转移的非精原细胞睾丸癌,患者年龄15～55岁(平均29.7岁)。19例患者均曾行睾丸原发肿瘤切除术,其中13例对转移病变以前进行过手术、放疗及/或化疗。患者可分为二组:A 组患者8例,其转移肿瘤不能切除。其中畸胎癌1例,胚胎癌3例,混合性癌肿4例,先用多种药物序贯化疗。第1疗程为3周,给予博莱霉素420毫克/公斤体重,长春花碱0.4～0.6毫克/公斤体重;第2疗程为17周,给予
The 19 patients in this group were all histologically confirmed non-spermatogonial testicular cancer with extensive metastasis. The patients were 15-55 years old (average 29.7 years old). All of the 19 patients had undergone primary tumor resection, and 13 of them had undergone surgery, radiotherapy, and/or chemotherapy prior to metastatic disease. Patients can be divided into two groups: 8 patients in group A, whose metastatic tumors cannot be removed. One case of teratocarcinoma, 3 cases of embryonal carcinoma, and 4 cases of mixed cancer were treated with multiple drugs sequentially. The first course of treatment was 3 weeks. Bleomycin was given at 420 mg/kg body weight and vinblastine was at 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg body weight. The second course of treatment was 17 weeks.
