本实验以乙二胺和8-羟基喹啉为底液,用极谱催化波法测定人参三宝口服液中6种微量元素含量。此法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便、快速、准确等优点。导数峰电位依次为-1.44V、-1.66V、-1.76V, -O.61V、-0.74V、-0.94V。波高和浓度线性范围依次为0~5ppm、0~5ppm、0~5ppm、0~3ppm、0~4ppm、0~6ppm。6种元素检下限均为2ppb。采用标准加入法对同一样品进行7次测定,结果回收率分别为98.7%、103.3%、104.5%、104.2%、95.0%、95.0%,变异系数为5.8~10.0%。
In this experiment, ethylenediamine and 8-hydroxyquinoline were used as the bottom liquid, and polarographic catalytic wave method was used to determine the contents of six trace elements in Panax ginseng Sanbao Oral Liquid. This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, easy operation, rapid and accurate. The derivative peak potentials were -1.44V, -1.66V, -1.76V, -O.61V, -0.74V, -0.94V. The linear ranges of wave height and concentration are 0 to 5 ppm, 0 to 5 ppm, 0 to 5 ppm, 0 to 3 ppm, 0 to 4 ppm, and 0 to 6 ppm in this order. The lower limit of 6 elements is 2ppb. The standard sample addition method was used to determine the same sample 7 times. The results showed that the recoveries were 98.7%, 103.3%, 104.5%, 104.2%, 95.0%, and 95.0%, respectively, and the coefficient of variation was 5.8 to 10.0%.
