《第三届海峡两岸制冷空调学术交流会暨冰蓄冷技术研讨会》于1997年4月23日～24日在首都北京饭店举行。国内贸易部副部长、中国制冷学会理事长何济海出席了会议并讲话。会议代表主要来自全国各院校、研究所、设计院、制冷空调设备制造厂以及从事于开发和经营冰蓄冷设备的有关公司,与会代表共115名,其中台湾省代表36名。本次会议〈论文专辑〉共收集论文35篇,在大会上宣读20篇。会议期间组织参观了北京皇家俱乐部800RT·
“The Third Symposium on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Across the Taiwan Strait and Ice Storage Technology Seminar” was held in Beijing Capital Hotel from April 23 to April 24, 1997. He Jihai, vice minister of domestic trade and director of China Institute of Refrigeration, attended the meeting and made a speech. Representatives of the conference mainly came from all colleges and universities, research institutes, design institutes, refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment factories in the whole country, and related companies engaged in the development and operation of ice-storage equipment. There were 115 participants, including 36 from Taiwan Province. This meeting collected a total of 35 papers, read 20 in the General Assembly. During the meeting organized visits to the Royal Beijing Club 800RT ·
