为评价眼局部补锌对浅层型和深层型单疱角膜炎的辅助疗效，采用锌离子透入法、０．２５％硫酸锌滴眼剂分别与无环鸟苷滴眼剂联合用药治疗。结果表明，锌离子透入法对浅层型和深层型病变均有显著的辅助疗效；０．２５％硫酸锌滴眼剂仅对浅层型病变有显著辅助疗效
In order to evaluate the auxiliary effect of local zinc supplementation on superficial and deep single blister keratitis, zinc iontophoresis and 0.25% zinc sulfate eye drop were used in combination with acyclovir eye drops respectively. The results show that the zinc ion penetration method has obvious auxiliary effect on the superficial and deep lesions; 0.25% zinc sulfate eye drop has a significant effect on the superficial lesions
