目的:研究不同品种类型菘蓝根中表告依春的分布,为筛选优质菘蓝品种提供科学依据。方法:HPLC测定白菜叶型、甘蓝叶型、芥菜叶型与四倍体4个品种类型菘蓝主根与侧根中表告依春的含量,并比较了菘蓝根中木部与皮部表告依春含量的差异。结果:不同品种类型菘蓝主根与侧根中表告依春含量差异显著,4个品种类型菘蓝侧根中表告依春含量均高于主根;不同品种类型菘蓝木部与皮部表告依春含量差异显著,4个品种类型菘蓝皮部表告依春含量均高于木部。结论:菘蓝侧根中表告依春含量高于主根,且表告依春主要分布于皮部。
