A report by the Asian Development Bank pointed out that Myanmar’s economic growth in fiscal year 2016-2017 is estimated at 8.4% and its domestic inflation rate at 9.5%. In the last fiscal year, economic growth dropped to 7.2% while inflation was 11%. In general, Myanmar has a more optimistic economic outlook.
