对工业上重要的轴承材料ThordonXL聚合物和铅锡合金LgSn80相对于等离子喷涂Al2O3涂层的摩擦磨损性能的研究,结果表明,ThordonXL聚合物在干摩擦低负荷和有润滑较大负荷范围内有本文研究材料最好的耐磨性。而铅锡合金LgSn80在于摩擦重载荷及有润滑重载荷下均有较好的耐磨性能。在速度为1m/s,负荷为45.3N时,ThordonXL聚合物的干摩擦系数最低(0.44),而LgSn80合金的干摩擦系数为0.55~0.60。本文分析了有关的磨损机理。ThordonXL聚合物的磨损过程主要是剪切断裂,而LgSn80合金则是磨蚀磨损。
