研究人参皂甙Re对神经内分泌系统的保护作用。采用高效液相色谱检测法测定水浸-束缚应激大鼠脑内单胺类递质和血清皮质酮的含量。水浸-束缚应激模型能使大鼠额叶、纹状体、下丘脑三个脑区的单胺类递质及其代谢产物(去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、高香草酸、5羟-色胺、5羟-吲哚乙酸)和血清皮质酮的含量明显增高。预先给予人参皂甙Re(4.5和9 mg/kg,ig)后均有不同程度的降低,并呈一定的量效关系。结果表明人参皂甙Re具有一定的神经保护作用。
To study the protective effect of ginsenoside Re on neuroendocrine system. The contents of monoamine neurotransmitters and serum corticosterone in brains of rats exposed to water and restraint stress were determined by HPLC. The water-immersion-stress model can produce monoamine transmitters and their metabolites in the three brain areas of the frontal lobe, striatum, and hypothalamus (norepinephrine, dopamine, homovanillic acid, 5-hydroxyl-color) The content of amines, 5-hydroxy-indoleacetic acid, and serum corticosterone increased significantly. After pre-administration of ginsenoside Re (4.5 and 9 mg/kg, ig), the levels of ginsenoside Re (4.5 and 9 mg/kg, ig) decreased to some extent and showed a certain dose-effect relationship. The results show that ginsenoside Re has certain neuroprotective effects.
