研究硫酸法生产钛白的中间产品偏钛酸(F_2TiC_3)的生长机理对钛白生产具有重要的意义,本文从Nielson理论上推导的结晶生长的积分公式出发,研究了有乳酸(CH_3CHOHCOOH)存在时硫酸氧钛(TiOSO_4)溶液热水解过程中偏钛酸结晶的机理。研究表明,无乳酸存在时,偏钛酸沉积过程是固体表面上多中心生长,每个结晶点上为单分子成核,有乳酸存在时只是减小水解速度而不影响偏钛酸生长的机理。
The research on the growth mechanism of metatitanic acid (F_2TiC_3), an intermediate product of sulfuric acid production of titanium dioxide, is of great significance to titanium dioxide production. In this paper, based on the integral formula of crystal growth deduced by Nielson theory, the existence of lactic acid (CH_3CHOHCOOH) Mechanism of Metatitanic Acid Crystallization during Pyrolysis of Titanyl Sulfate (TiOSO_4) Solution. Studies have shown that, in the absence of lactic acid, metatitanic acid deposition process is a multicomponent growth on the solid surface, each single crystal nucleation site nucleation, the presence of lactic acid only reduces the hydrolysis rate without affecting the growth mechanism of metatitanic acid .
