本文针对具有自增压特性的旋转压力能交换器进行研究,通过求解非定常一维流动模型,获得了液体压力波在转子孔道内的传播特性,基于压力能交换过程的最优波系分析,探讨了不同波系结构的交换器性能随工况的变化规律。研究发现,不同工况下的压力能交换率存在最优值,增压比、增压流量随低压连通区压差降低而减小,多次波系反射结构的压力能交换率和增压流量总体有较大提高。
In this paper, the rotary pressure energy exchanger with self-pressurizing characteristics is studied. By solving the unsteady one-dimensional flow model, the propagation characteristics of liquid pressure waves in the rotor channels are obtained. Based on the analysis of the optimal wave system of pressure energy exchange process, The change rules of performance of exchanger with different wave structure are discussed. The results show that there exists an optimal value for the exchange rate of pressure under different operating conditions. The supercharging pressure ratio and the supercharging pressure flow rate decrease with the decrease of the pressure difference in the low-pressure communication zone.
