目的:复制激素性股骨头坏死动物模型,观察兔破骨细胞数量,从分子水平探讨丹参注射液骨髓腔内注射预防激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的可行性及机制。方法:选用家兔30只,随机分为对照组、模型组、丹参注射液预防组,每组10只。糖皮质激素诱导兔激素性股骨头坏死动物模型,造模同时预防组行骨髓腔内注射丹参注射液,每侧0.4 mg.kg-1,每周2次,连续8周。8周后观察3组家兔破骨细胞数量及组织病理学的改变。结果:预防组能有效的降低破骨细胞数量及股骨头空骨陷窝率。结论:丹参骨髓腔内注射可抑制破骨细胞生成,对早期激素性股骨头缺血性坏死有预防作用。
OBJECTIVE: To replicate the animal model of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head and observe the amount of osteoclasts in rabbits. To explore the feasibility and mechanism of Danshen injection intramedullary injection for prevention of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head from the molecular level. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into control group, model group and Danshen injection prevention group, with 10 in each group. Glucocorticoid induced rabbit model of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head, while preventing the injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection group, each side 0.4 mg.kg-1 twice a week for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the number and histopathological changes of osteoclasts in rabbits in three groups were observed. Results: The preventive group can effectively reduce the number of osteoclasts and the empty fossa of femoral head. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza intramedial injection can inhibit osteoclastogenesis, early hormonal femoral head necrosis have a preventive effect.
