本文用血浆胰岛素(128)~Ⅰ放射免疫法改良后用于尿液胰岛素(U-INS)测定。15例正常人U-INS 空腹值为2.75±0.26mU/L,与血浆胰岛素(P-INS)比值为1∶2.28。OGTT 中 U-INS 与 P-INS在0分钟有较好相关 P<0.05,60与120分钟具有非常显著相关 P<0.01。U-INS 分泌高峰见于120分钟,延迟于 P-INS一时相,随 P-INS 曲线变化而变动。本文伴与不伴肥胖非糖尿病人组及糖尿病组 U-INS、P-INS 均有显著不同。实验批内、批间变异系数分别为2.10%、8.19%,尿液容量与U-INS 浓度具相关性。结果表明 U-INS 能反映血浆胰岛素水平,可作为糖尿病病人诊治中非侵入性检测的间接观察指标。
In this paper, plasma insulin (128) ~ Ⅰ radioimmunoassay method for the determination of urine insulin (U-INS). The fasting rate of U-INS in 15 normal subjects was 2.75 ± 0.26mU / L, and the ratio of plasma insulin (P-INS) was 1: 2.28. There was a good correlation between U-INS and P-INS in OGTT at 0 minutes P <0.05, 60 and 120 minutes had a very significant correlation P <0.01. U-INS secretion peak seen in 120 minutes, delayed in the P-INS phase, with the P-INS curve changes. This article with and without obesity in non-diabetic patients and diabetic U-INS, P-INS are significantly different. Within the experimental batch, the coefficient of variation between batches was 2.10% and 8.19%, respectively, and urine volume was correlated with U-INS concentration. The results show that U-INS can reflect the level of plasma insulin, which can be used as an indirect indicator of noninvasive detection in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients.
