粉碎后的厨余垃圾能否快速、有效地排至室外是衡量厨余垃圾排放系统性能好坏的重要指标。为了防止排水横支管产生淤堵,需要合理地选择存水弯及横支管的敷设方式。通过采用水龙头连续给水模拟实际的厨余垃圾排放情况,研究了存水弯形式、横支管坡度及其拐弯情况对厨余垃圾管道输送性能的影响。结果表明,P型存水弯较S型存水弯更容易导致横支管固体淤积;此外,横支管输送能力受管道坡度和管道拐弯情况的影响都比较明显,但是管道坡度更为显著。为了保障厨余垃圾排放系统的长期安全使用,针对不同存水弯形式和拐弯情况下的横支管最小敷设坡度提出了相关建议。
Whether the kitchen waste after crushing can be quickly and effectively discharged to the outside is a measure of the performance of kitchen waste discharge system, an important indicator of good or bad. In order to prevent clogging of drainage cross-branch pipe, it is necessary to choose the laying way of water-trap and horizontal branch pipe reasonably. By using faucet continuous feed water to simulate the actual discharge of kitchen waste, the influence of trap shape, cross-bank slope and cornering on the performance of kitchen waste pipeline was studied. The results show that the P-type water trap is more likely to cause siltation of the lateral branch pipe than the S-type trap. In addition, the transport capacity of the lateral branch pipe is more affected by the pipe slope and the pipe bend, but the pipe slope is more significant. In order to ensure the long-term safe use of kitchen waste discharge system, some suggestions are put forward for different water trap forms and the minimum slope of transverse pipe under cornering conditions.
