亚温淬火是一种低成本高效的热处理工艺,通过亚温淬火钢的组织和性能均得到大大改善。本文采用力学性能测试并借助光学显微镜研究了亚温淬火工艺对15 mm厚的控轧控冷态EH36级船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,亚温淬火后船板钢的综合性能有较大提高,其硬度、塑性明显提高,尤其是低温冲击性能有较明显的改善。随着淬火温度的升高,晶粒长大而冲击性能下降。
Sub-temperature quenching is a low-cost and efficient heat treatment process, through the sub-tempered steel microstructure and properties have been greatly improved. In this paper, the mechanical properties of the test and the use of optical microscopy of sub-temperature quenching process 15 mm thick control rolled cold rolled EH36 level ship steel structure and performance. The results show that the overall performance of ship steel after the sub-temperature quenching has been greatly improved, and the hardness and plasticity of the steel have been obviously improved. Especially, the impact performance at low temperature has been obviously improved. As the quenching temperature increases, the grain growth and impact performance decreases.
