本文利用中美“热带海洋和全球大气”(TOGA)科学合作第7航次(1989年10月16日~12月4日)、第8航次(1990年6月1日~7月16日)的海上船舶观测资料,对影响季和年际时间尺度全球平均大气环流演变的下垫面重要物理量变化,如海表水温(SST)、表面风场、表面通量和海表净热量收支等进行了分析和计算。这些现象学的图型或诊断分析,对改进区域气候特征认识,扩大对海气相互作用机理了解,提高修正表面通量参数化方案及改善区域或全球气候数据模式都是十分有益的。
