准确计算钢顶管的弯矩值M,将对确定钢管壁厚和工程造价起着决定性的作用。本文运用有限元手段进行研究,进行了M值数百项案例的计算参数分析,并与现行《给水排水工程顶管技术规程》(CECS246:2008)计算公式结果相比较,提出更为优化的思路和修正建议,进而可作为优化钢顶管壁厚的定量参考。
Accurately calculate the bending moment value of steel pipe M, will determine the pipe wall thickness and project cost plays a decisive role. In this paper, the finite element method is used to study the calculation parameters of hundreds of cases of M value. Compared with the current calculation formula of the technical regulation for pipe jacking of water supply and drainage engineering (CECS246: 2008), a more optimized idea is proposed And the proposed amendment, which can be used as a quantitative reference to optimize the wall thickness of steel pipe.
