一、在教学中值得改进的问题1.双语班经过内初班和内高班的选拔,留下的学生汉语水平较差,学习理科的积极性不高。在课堂教学中,有些专业名词听不懂,使得学生无法理解教师的意图,阻碍了听课效率和知识的传授。2.课堂中发现,学生的性格活泼开朗,勇于表现,参与课堂的积极性高,可是大部分学生缺乏独立思考、独立解决问题的能力,思维不够开阔,学生两极分化现象比较严重,成绩好的学生学习能
