锡铋低熔点合金模具是以铸造方法代替机械加工制造冲压模具的一项新工艺,它一般采用浸放式机上铸模工艺。本文以传热学为基础,通过有限元方法详细讨论了油压机工作台因受热而产生稳定温度场的计算方法,并列出了计算机程序框图及计算结果。文中最后分析了低熔点合金模具机上铸模的利弊,探讨了中熔点合金模具机上铸模的可能性。
The tin-bismuth low-melting-point alloy die is a new process that uses a casting method instead of machining to make a punching die. It generally adopts an on-die die casting process. Based on heat transfer theory, this paper discusses in detail the calculation method of stable temperature field caused by heat of the hydraulic press workbench through the finite element method, and lists the computer program block diagram and calculation results. In the end, the advantages and disadvantages of the low-melting-point alloy die casting machine were analyzed, and the possibility of the die casting on the mid-melting-point alloy die was discussed.
