A two-year-old girl who used to live in Bittan (northern Gabon) and now lives in Libreville, Gabon, came to the hospital for intermittent diarrhea, abdominal pain and anal prolapse. Fecal check to hookworms, roundworms and interspersed schistosomiasis. Four months later (February 1981), three sections of tapeworms were excreted in the feces without any treatment.
